Let's for a moment play imagination. Now, let us imagine that what we write is Truth somewhere on some plane in some dimension. Let us say that we are the gods and goddesses that we proclaim that we are. That the bloodlines of those such as the Annunaki and the many members of global pantheons still pump through the veins of humans (and nonhuman alike.) Wouldn't that mean, mythologist, that we have a choice in our storytelling; just as those who deliver dreams to us have a choice in their deliverance?
There are two types of dreamers the Freudians and the Jungians. Here's a brief breakdown of the two. Freudians tell things which are to be healed and Jungians tell things which are already healed. Freudians tells what did happen and Jungians tells what will happen. And lastly, Freudians is victim mentality and Jungians is empowerment mentality. Personally, I am a Jungian. I'm certain that I don't agree with everything the man has said, but I don't agree with everything that Joseph Campbell said, and I support him still. Now combine those two paragraphs. We mythologist have to first discover what messages we are to deliver and to whom. A message can only be received on the vibration it was sent. You can't watch MTV on BET's frequency and vice versa. Once we discover what our individual frequency is then we will be able to churn out the messages as quick as our little hearts and minds can; and they won't land on deaf ears. Remember, those with ears to hear, as Jesus said. It will be broken down where the Freudians mythologist will be for the people who need to be warned and cooed and the Jungians mythologist will be for the people who needs to be rewarded and celebrated. There is no right or wrong, good or bad, there just is. There is the now don't let the descriptive wordings confuse you. I'm certain that these two men weren't thinking, "One day people will take our discoveries and used them in myths of new." So honor their intentions as we like our intentions to be honored. As far as what they did intent, I don't know. I mean they were once considered friends/mentor and mentee; until something or someone came between them. I believe that great minds don't debate but conversate, so it wasn't their difference in understanding of the messages from the gods but something more mortal in being. Anyway, as we daily sit before pad or screen in order to get a few pages done, remember that we are in fact delivering messages of how things are or how they should be. Don't flip-flop and know that there is an audience for both. Stay true to your path; stay in your lane. There is no need for bearing of arms when we all can just deliver what was delivered to us. Hope you keep this in mind when you begin sculpturing your latest and greatest masterpiece for someone somewhere. Thanks for Listening! Sabrina Louise Andielle Crow Crew

I'm in the process of getting ready to launch another attempt at being the new life myth maker, and metaphysical fantasy writer. One reason that I write is because I have the drive and desire to share what I find to be cool and amazing. And there are plenty of cool stuff when it comes to religion, the matrix, and even our plain old life here within the hologram.
For any serious cutting-edge writer, saying things that may cause others to question their beliefs and what you are sharing, is the reward in and of itself. It took me a long time to realize this. It's my job to get you to say, "what if?" or better "What The Hell?!" It is not my job to coddle educate everyone to my ways; save lazy readers and doers from or lead them from self-destruction. It is my job to entertain you while I take you on a journey. A journey that will instill bravery, curiosity, devotion even, and heaven forbid motivation. New myths are needed since we are learning this internal, Spiritual stuff at a speed which runs laps around our ancestors. It ain't just the technology folks. And like any generational teachings we need to build upon the myths which have sustained us. Especially the women. We must know the rules in order to break them. Once we know what the masculine has created we can then chose to reflect it back as healthy and whole or find and reflect a new, undiscovered, little s, source, because the big s, Source is always looking for ways to manifest and become creative in the hologram. Not that I'm leaving the men behind, they need to admit they are lions and leave the sheep along. It's safe. Knowledge is in fact the only sustainable power. So, when it seems as if your work cause ire in another remember to dust the sand from your sandals and got to the next person. Of course, you have to know what you're talking about, which will come with time; but other than that . . . myth making is one of the more joyous, playful, and delightful ways to contribute to society as a whole. Thanks for Listening! Sabrina Louise Andielle There is something about claiming your Psyche and losing you Personality. This is especially so for the writers of new stories. Stories that will one day motivate and instruct. We must allow ourselves moments of being captured by the Muses (if not the Angels of Creativity- Archangel Gabrielle I'm looking at you!) and allow them to take us to the river's reflective waters in order to see that we aren't sheep; but lions.
Writers today have no excuse for not pushing the limits and midwifing, if not birthing, a new day with a new story. Joseph Campbell and Carl Jung were two ground breakers who crushed the divider which kept the storytellers from writers, in addition to, giving both the understanding of what made the myths and folklore of Ancient and Olden as transformational as they were/are. Not only did these gentlemen break barriers, but like any constructive elder, they laid foundation for the next generation. Now, don't misunderstand, I don't agree with everything that those two wild and crazy guys did, but I do get their intentions. The intentions point of origins I understand. I don't make the mistake of taking what they said out of the context in which they said it. Their biggie statement that get me is the proclamation stating -in not so many words- that women didn't necessarily having to go on a dragon slaying journey when the real dragon was the Shadow Self. But according to them the causes and motivations for the journey, women already had within them. So, they asked, why would women risk hide and hair to do the same thing that men were doing? I understand their thinking but time has proven their final decisions in this manner to be as solid as Darwin's decision about evolution. Yet, we cannot deny that we can combine the ideal journey these two gentlemen saw, and build a new. I, personally, stand on their shoulders and show them that the elixir which the feminine energy returns with is just as needed by the community- if not more so. I use strong feminine characters who believe in a force larger than themselves, use a weapon just as well as they use their wit, and most importantly these female characters strive pass the need to unite with and imitate the masculine. I'm certain that I'm not the only female writing myths for the human community. If I am then I invite you. Come jump in the deep end of the pool. With each day, I understand more about mythology of yesterday so I can contribute to the new myth that has been growing since the 1990s. The great myths of tomorrow for tomorrow. Those myths which still goes about penetrating the labyrinth of the earthling psyche whether it be a spiritual being having an earthly experience or an earthly being having a spiritual experience. That is the myth that I work for and on. And, I'm loving every moment. As Campbell would say, I've found my Bliss. May you find a good story to keep you motivated. Thanks for Listening Sabrina Louise Andielle I know this isn't a secret, but I'm going to share for those of you swamped by the task of purchasing, let alone digesting, the many, many writers' books out there.
Here's what I do: I first check writers' books out at my Public Library here in Cleveland Ohio- which is part of the best public borrowing system ever, love it. I have my choice I can either go and hit up the well stocked main branch which is located downtown or I can go through the online catalog from the comfort of my home. Either way I come off like a fat rat in a cheese factory with no cats or traps. What I do, again, it's nothing new; I take my time and preview/review each book then I write a review and post my opinion on my blog. I'm careful to point out the excellent, juicy parts and skim over the rest. It must be a stinker for me to just flat out not like something. As an author who tries to stay on top of her game, I understands the blood, sweat, and tears that went into sharing some secrets. I'm discovering that there are a lot of fear-babies attempting to write for the public. I digress. When I write my reviews I share what I took away from the teachings of that author(s) plus if it's good and worthy then I go to the online thrift store for books and plop down my pennies and nickels for a copy. The current books I've added to my collection is Stealing Fire from the Gods and The Heroine's Journey. Both books are worth their cost; especially if you want to write something that is more original and groundbreaking. Now, I will admit that there are some books that I'm waiting for the price to drop. Just part of the publishing game and I know it, the publisher knows it, and hopefully the author knows it. But this system of renting then buying is helping me to streamline my personal Library and have a collection that I just love. What are you still doing here reading? Get to the library or the bookstore based off a book you checked out at the library and enter into a win/win situation with the author and yourself. Thanks for Listening Sabrina Louise Andielle As I continue my in depth study and creation of mythology, I'm learning that two men influence my thoughts about the subject more than anyone else: C. Jung and J. Campbell. My growing realization is that these men were more than the cult leaders that the religious powers of their day believed them both to be. Time has prove that their thoughts were not in line with the heathens' back water teaching- there really are Archetypes and we can make a living and save our souls by following our bliss. But, because books are crystallized thought there is no lack of information about Jung and his supposed anti-system political beliefs and practices and as far a Campbell is concern, he was nothing more than a pied piper leading others to their spiritual deaths.
Now, as time has passed and both men have been proven to have known what they were talking about, writers like me are pulling on their research. Personally, I too have faced off with accusation about my loyalty to Christ; and only I can know what is in my heart, my intentions. So, I keep on walking. As I continue my twisting road, I see that things are in divine order and that although I may be a little harsh to swallow now, I will be valued as I continue and steep in my own divine gift and power. There is a need for story, original story; and I'm not talking memoirs. They have their place and some of them are severely needed, but the hero's journey need to be adapted to an outcome of compassion and cooperation. The heroine's journey needs to include powers outside the home- the goals needs to transcend gaining a husband and rearing a healthy, happy family. These are things that I'm working on accomplishing with my myths. The gods and goddesses of yesterday are being reconsidered and no one is being labelled a pagan. At least not with the intention and power that it once held. Its declaration has also become sweat to the lips as the ancient symbolic wisdom is showing why it is ancient and wise and that not everyone needs to be initiated into its power and ability. If only we had more people like Kevin Hearne! A man after Campbell's heart. I just know it. Thanks for Listening! Sabrina Louise Andielle |
